Recruitment process. Once we know who you need, we will do our best to find your ideal candidate.
STEP 3
Training process. Firstly, we will train your new mate, so that they are fully aware of Australian Education sector and familiar with the student recruitment process, study plans and general visa requirements. We will also make sure they know & understand key terms, such as COE, VET, ELICOS, etc.
After they complete their basic training with us, your onshore team will have the opportunity to train your new offshore staff. They will create and deliver tasks so your business can run constantly 24 hours a day.
Our goal is to create a professional team that reduces your costs by as much as 70% compared to hiring locally.
