Here you can find some commonly asked questions and answers to give you a better idea of what we do.
If you have more questions, we are more than happy to answer them, so please contact us.

1. How long does it take to recruit the right candidate?

The standard HR procedure takes about 15-30 days and includes job advertising, phone screening of applicants, English testing and a final interview.

2. Should I be a part of the interview process?

It is completely up to you. You can join our final skype interview or trust our long-term experience that the candidate we select is a good fit for your institution.

3. Will you train our new offshore staff?

Yes, we will train your new offshore staff. Your new employee will be trained in the student recruitment process, study plans, holidays, entry requirements for both ELICOS and VET courses and of course they need to be familiar with key terms including LoO, COE, HE, Pathway provider, reference check, PTE score, etc.

After that your onshore team can provide training with more detailed information so your new staff can work independently as part of your team. Your offshore staff will create and deliver tasks offshore so your business can run smoothly.

4. How will your offshore staff connect to our internal IT system?

No problem, everything is doable. Most education institutions have secure internal IT systems so we have experience with installing those. We appreciate remote help from your IT department at the beginning, so that the system setup is smooth.

5. Which positions are you hiring for?

Admin mate can help you to hire Admissions Officers, Student Support, Global Marketing Manager, Design Coordinator and Accountant Assistant. We are primarily focused on the Australian Education sector but if you have any other request, please contact us.

6. Can our offshore staff work on public holidays?

Yes. Your offshore staff can work during Australian public holidays without any extra fee. However, your mate will not be working during his/her public holiday based on allocation, please see agreement for additional rate in case you require your staff to work during the local public holidays.

7. Tell me how the payroll works.

We will send you an invoice according to the number of hours worked by your staff fortnightly. We will then pay competitive remuneration to your offshore staff including benefits, government fees and health insurance.

8. What should I do if I want to make changes?

If you would like to make any minor changes such as adding specific tasks to your mate’s workload, please communicate directly to your staff. If you would like to raise salary, working hours, or hire new staff, please contact us. At any time if you have any issues do not hesitate to contact us. Regular communication and reporting are essential for successful offshoring.

We are committed to your success. Talk to us about your needs to achieve results you want.
